I could spend many hours looking at paintings. Especially those by the grand masters...I am no art expert or closet art aficionado...since my younger days I just simply enjoyed staring and appreciate the fine works...the little details...the feelings a painting invokes when I see the colours, lines and shapes which then made some sense in my thoughts and slowly warmed my soul...the imagination that comes with it...the inspirations... And my most favourite painter of all? Well, it's none other than our Al-Mighty Creator, who is the greatest artist of all. The painter who untirelessly gives us all we need to be inspired, in all the littlest smallest things...not too difficult things...like the view of a sunset, the morning mist shrouding a hill, the scent of a patch of lavenders, the sound of a waterfall, ..all this anyone, more so even a lazy person like me can enjoy...easily!
So right now, I'm going to reminisce over my vacation pictures in Borobudur(CNY08) and recall the soul-lifting experience watching the sunrise from the top of the ancient temple.
